How does per-location pricing work?

You pay per physical location where Gatekeeper is deployed. A location could be a building, campus, office, or facility. Multi-location discounts are available for 5+ locations.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?

Yes! Churches, schools, and registered nonprofits receive a 20% discount on all plans. Contact us to verify your nonprofit status and receive your discount code.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
